How do you count instances?
We count any active MySQL node (primary or replica) that is connected to our agent. Stopped instances are not billed.
Can I install the agent on-premise?
Yes! Our agent works in any environment that allows outbound HTTPS connections, including on-premise data centers, EC2, RDS, and Cloud SQL.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We will alert you via email and in-app notifications. You'll have a 7-day grace period to upgrade your plan or reduce your instance count before any service limitations occur.
